POLIAC Champions League Season Two is already in the semifinals phase. Time to announce qualifying process for the next season.

Season 3 Automatic Admittance
- The winner of Poliac Champions League Season 2
- The winner of Poliac League One edition 4
2.1 If the same person wins both Leagues, the slot goes to next League One player - Top 3 ranked players from Champions League ranking table after Season 2
Both competitions are still in progrress, but are advanced far enough to make reasonable assumptions. The four semi-finalists of Champions League and the top 4 players of League One are the same group. So it is fair to assume that they will all qualify automatically:
If they do, the 5th slot, based on Champions League ranking, will be mine. If however the winner of League One is someone outside of the above listed, then I will lose that privilage and will have to go thru qualifications.
The above take 5 slots, leaving 11 open for qualification winners.
Season 3 Qualifiers
There will be two rounds of qualifiers, both played over two legs.

Seeded players
Seeded plaayers will start qualification from round 2 and will not play one against another.
Seeding rules:
- The runner up of Champions League
1.1 Should they already qualified automatically, the slots will be taken by the next highest ranked players based on Champions League ranking table after Season 2 - The 2nd player of League One
2.1 Should they already qualified automatically, the slot goes to next League One player, based on the League's final ranking table - Two players eliminated in the semifinals of Champions League Season 2
3.1 Should they already qualified automatically, the slots will be taken by the next highest ranked players based on Champions League ranking table after Season 2 - The 3rd player of League One
4.1 Should they already qualified automatically, the slot goes to next League One player, based on the League's final ranking table - Top 5 highest ranked players from Champions League ranking table after Season 2, who haven't already qualified and or have not been seeded due to above rules
- The winner of League Two
6.1 Since League Two has been expanded and will not finish at the same time as League One, this slot will go to the top League Two player as per report published by @browery for Tuesday, Oct 5 (it's the date of the last round of League One).

Qualifiers Round 1 Sub-Seeding
To reward Champions League participants and make the draw reflect the real power of the players, I am introducing a "sub-seeding" scheme, that takes into account both Champions League Ranking (3 highest not yet qualified or seeded) and total step count in League One/Two (8 highest). These 11 players will not play against one another in the first round of qualifications.
