running into forest and night

prof_image_18184211.png
ervin-lemark just finished a 7.87km run, that lasted for 55 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 494.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

Late run into the forest. It was really hard to go out and I really needed a push to do it. Yet, when the run started it was easy. As always, a gentle kick in a but is all that you need. Noted for future use.

The plan was:

  • 5 minutes warmup
  • 4 K steady run
  • 6 sets of 20 sec sprint + 1 minute jog
  • 1 K steady run
  • 5 minutes cooldown

Half of the run was in the dark already. More than a half on the tarmac road with freshly "improved" surface. A lot of big sharp stones was a mark of this improvement. It wasn't easy in the dark.

Nevertheless, I survived. Tomorrow I need to go out sooner. While there is still some sun, hopefully.

better and better

I have a Coros watch and I love it. It really is the best. 3D map is just a part of the package !LOLZ

Package includes:

  • the watch, of course
  • phone app with too many options
  • Training hub web site with even more options

Nice one. Running in the dark can be tricky, so take care.

Thanks. I took it real slow. The thing is, I know this road. I ran here so many times I can do it blindfolded. Yet, with all this fresh gravel and dirt on it, it's an undiscovered country with some sharp edges :)
