  • 14+ days before the competition = intensity and endurance training
  • 7 to 14 days before the competition = intensity but not endurance training
  • within 7 days before the competition = no intensity and endurance training

I tend to do a bit endurance training anyway still during 7 to 14 days befor the competition.
Just after competition comes slow training, distance depending on how the body has been compromised during the competition.... !wine !HOPE !HUG

Something else. Do you understand why I got only +42 HP in the month of February where in other months I've got +150 to +200 HP...?...
I didn't change anything and my HBD stayed more or less the same (+20 HBD)
Did you notice other people writing about this as well maybe? !HOPE !BBH

I can't give you an exact answer to your question, but the amount of Hive Power you earn over a period of time depends on many factors such as changes in the price of the HIVE token, your author rewards from your posts and comments, your share of the curation rewards from your votes, and how much Hive Power got delegated to you or you delegated. 🤯🤓

Anyway, you might find looking at your Hive account at #HiveStats useful. 😎😏

That's the thing, nothing extraordinary has happened; and look, even though it's quite low again a random month from today one month back is getting closer to what I told you is a normal month:
11,75 HBD and 105,8 HP.

Perhaps it's because your usual curators try to vote on your posts (and comments) by looking at how much the vote would be worth (in terms of Hive Power and Hive-Backed Dollars), not depending on voting percentage. 🤯🤓 !LOLZ !DIY
