[PL/EN] Dookoła zalewów Rogoźnik. My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2021
[PL] Termin „pojezierze śląsko-zagłębiowskie” nie istnieje. Ale faktem jest, że wokół konurbacji jest sporo całkiem przyzwoitych jezior. W większości są to sztuczne zbiorniki powstałe w celach około-przemysłowych.
[EN] Silesia in southern Poland can hardly be called “Lake District”. Still, there quite a few sizeable lakes around the densely populated area. Most have industrial origins.
[PL] W minione lato efektem mojej aktywności spacerowej stał się projekt „korony sztucznych zbiorników woj. Śląskiego”. Idea jest prosta - obejść dookoła jezioro. Przyjąłem sobie minimum 6km obwodu. Mam już na koncie Pogorię III i I (łącznie), Pogorię IV, Paprocany, Kozłową Górę (Świerklaniec) oraz Dziećkowice. Dzisiaj do kolekcjo dodałem Rogoźnik I i II (łącznie, pętla w „8-kę”)
[EN] My last summer’s walking activity created a side effect project: to walk around the lakes. As a minimum I set 6km in circumference. I have collected quite a few already and added another today evening.

perfect season for lakeside views. I could only wish the skies had been bright blue. But the colors of autumn are beautiful even on a cloudy day
@asia-pl @jocieprosza @sk1920 - polecam Rogoźnik na spacer z Bomblami. Obok I jest park z niezłą infrastrukturą, w tym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Teraz już pewnie za zimno, ale zapiszcie sobie na przyszłe lato.
PS. Polecam kawiarnię Szafir Cafe - warto odejść trochę od zalewu i wymienić parkowe budki na tą fajną kafejkę - prowadzoną przez siostry bliźniaczki

Sorry, even on normal days, I tend to publish my 'yesterday' report late, but today, I needed time to rest after my race this morning. It's posted now, and I think I lost by a couple of points.

In Group A, ambitious @pagane defeated the Defending Champion, @manuvert. The two of them look to be worlds apart from the other two players
Group B looks like everyone could beat everyone else. @milabogomila was just short of defeating the League One winner, @ilodz24hd. In the other pair, @flaxz won with a newcomer, @mariya36 . Perhaps she was a bit in celebration mode - Happy Birthday Mariya!
In Group C @kiel91 learnt a hard lesson from @masoom - scores under 10k will not take you far. In the first round even 20k wasn't enough to win. @practicaleric and @hivebg went head to head
In group D, results were sort of expected - this is of course judging from the previous performance of the players. @browery and @merthin certainly want to advance to the quarterfinals, but @racibo and @pjansen haven't said their last words yet.
