ervin-lemark just finished a 9.79km run, that lasted for 60 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 535.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

In the afternoon, one hour long run at a pace around 6 minutes per kilometer. I started it easy and tried to push the pace towards the end.

Even after all the rain and summer storms it was still hot and more than humid. Not perfect yet you need to train in adverse conditions to be prepared for anything.

All in all, a great run.

Tomorrow, climbing the ladder time, going down it too.

15 min warmup ; 6 min TR 3 min RR ; 8 min TR 4 min RR ; 10 min TR 5 min RR ; 8 min TR 4 min RR ; 6 min TR 3 min RR ; 15 min cool down

better and better

It should have been more moderate, yes. But, when the body warms up after a couple of kilometers, the mind starts to enjoy the feeling and keeps on pushing.

Happy running.
