shortened Sunday longish run

Does the title make sense? No? Exactly.

It was supposed to be a 15 K easy Sunday run with some warmup and cooldown. It was also supposed to start early.

The reality was that I started it around noon and shortened it to almost 12 K. I simply didn't feel like running longer. It was fun, don't get me wrong. But being out for 5 K longer wouldn't be fun any more.

On a sunny and warn Sunday. I guess the fact that we stayed at home made me not feel like having fun, like I was punishing myself for not going someplace fun for the weekend.

Whatever. The run was fun. I took it slow, found some hills to climb, took many photos, enjoyed the sun.

Forest trails are already out of the winter, they look like being stuck in autumn, yet spring is coming.

I took tarmac road up the hill and saw this scene under the ley lines.

Twenty minutes later, down and around the hill, same scene from the opposite direction.

More autumn like spring scenery.

The chart show how I found the same hill twice and took lots of stops.

It was fun after all. First week of training plan, execution wasn't 100%. More fun incoming.

better and better
