Not as planned. It was supposed to be an evening 10K run but ... things changed. I was helping my son prepare for an exam tomorrow and that meant he skipped the evening gymnastics training, and I skipped taxying and run while waiting on him. Nevertheless, short run was not as slow as these runs are lately.
