13 K - 10 steady with 6 strides

This one went down well, really well. Even yesterday I was thinking of switching today's 10 K + run with Friday's 2 miles continuation run. After I came home from office and told my wife about it she kicked me out: "Go out on a proper run!" And so I did. Thank you, my dear wife!

In the second week of 14 weeks long training plan. Feeling good. I marked today's effort as light !LOLZ
