Maybe we've got a different idea about "just before" a competition. That means for me "during the last week before" an important competition. I can assure you that it's too late to increase intensity and endurance. !wine !LUV !DIY

I agree with what you said, where I would instead recommend light practice (whether the competition is physical or intellectual) within 7 days but not the day immediate to the competition. 🤓 !PIZZA !HOPE

  • 14+ days before the competition = intensity and endurance training
  • 7 to 14 days before the competition = intensity but not endurance training
  • within 7 days before the competition = no intensity and endurance training

I tend to do a bit endurance training anyway still during 7 to 14 days befor the competition.
Just after competition comes slow training, distance depending on how the body has been compromised during the competition.... !wine !HOPE !HUG

I can't give you an exact answer to your question, but the amount of Hive Power you earn over a period of time depends on many factors such as changes in the price of the HIVE token, your author rewards from your posts and comments, your share of the curation rewards from your votes, and how much Hive Power got delegated to you or you delegated. 🤯🤓

Anyway, you might find looking at your Hive account at #HiveStats useful. 😎😏

With the same amount of Hive Power and Voting Power of a curator, the actual value of the vote will differ based on the price of the HIVE token upon the time of vote. 🤓 That means with the price of HIVE falling, curators will choose a higher Voting Percentage (up to 100%) just to try to make sure that their vote on your content will be (at least) at a value they want. 🤯😅 !LOLZ !DIY
