Swimming like it were a long time ago: February 15 2024

Only two weeks ago since we've been swimming since we skipped last week because of a kid throwing up in the pool (and the pool got closed) and it felt like it was months ago since I had been swimming...

Half way, so after about 500m-600m I got back in the rhythm and mood but anyway 1250m was more than enough again. Not sure how I'm going to tackle the increase of the distance here. I think it'll be necessary to swim at least twice or week...

But first let's get concentrated to the Master's championships for clubs on Saturday where I'll run a 1500m... Here are our women with spear...
