Control 1500m track: January 28 2024

Yesterday a great performance of @claudiavb on the Pentathlon and today again at a control over 1000m. 3'18" and 4" better than her personal best.

For me unfortunately not a great day at the 1500m control. Even though I had someone in front of me running the pace I had in mind after 700m (57" and 1'18") I couldn't follow any more and with 1'23" and 1'21" I've clocked 5'02", 5" slower than last week. Of course fatigue from Friday's session and not being able to rest well on Saturday played an important role.

But chin up and tomorrow we'll start the last preparations for the Spanish championships cross in Hornachuelos, next week!
