Series of 1000m: January 23 2024

Today I did 5*1000m with Xisco from less to more, the two last at 3'50" and after that 3 times alone about and under 3'40". With 1' rest that's not bad and that'll bring my 5km speed to 3'45" or less. Not bad but I'm need under 3'30"/km for a 3000m and 3'15"/km for a 1500m, so some fast series will be necessary...

That'll be something for Friday!
