16km on the cross: November 13 2023

It starts to be a Monday's habit: warming up on the cross track with Xisco, talking about the weekend, after 5-6km increasing pace with (the group of) Susana for another 5-6km and since last week a couple of kilometers on my own. Tired but satisfied and getting closer to running that half marathon in the weeks... The picture is from last Sunday in Porreres. #AliveAndThriving #alive
