It depends on the front-end that you're using, but using PeakD as an example, when you're looking at the Hive Engine tab in your wallet, on the far right side there is a drop-down menu for each token. What's in the context menu depends on which token it is, as some can can be staked, some can be staked and delegated, while others can only be held or sold.
For a token, say PGM, to be delegated, it has to be staked first. Once it's staked, select Delegate from that far-right drop-down menu, then when the window pops up, you type in the name of the account to which you'd like to delegate, and then below that, the amount. There are a great many layer-2 curation accounts to which you could delegate, so it's easier for you to take a look at My 76th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update, as I have a great many curation accounts listed there that you could use, as well as what the benefits are to delegating to them.

That is very relative, and depends greatly on our requirements. As I said, my needs are very small compared to most people. I know many here that are living off of what they generate on Hive, either in whole or part. At the moment I'm delegating to a few accounts for tiny upvotes, delegating to ecency, spin the daily Ecency wheel for points as well, which I use to try to boost some posts, participating in some raffles, compounding my HBD, using the dustbunny, and do automated voting, apart from making a minimum of 15 comments per day and post my daily Actifit post+ semi-automated Strava Posts from my workouts.
I think that's quite a lot already, but like I said, I'm happy to hear your suggestions!
What is really bringing the money is getting whales upvoting you. I've seen it's a small circle. There are some trails as well; but in that case I need to invest hours for my posts. I simply don't have this time. And I can't invest 2-3h for 5 USD curation rewards like I got with my Earth2 and Beer posts.,,
Now that i'm thinking, I think I've got some unfinished Earth2 post(s) which I might finish to complete that serie anyway...

You've covering quite a few bases as it is already, which is great. I had a pretty challenging day, and I'm tired, so I don't have the bandwidth at the moment to go into any depth with all this. I write about this sort of thing often in my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Updates, even in my daily posts, but it's more sporadic there.
Yes, whale votes definitely help. That's one reason my ultimate Hive goal is to become a Hive millionaire whale 🐳 fairy 🧚♂️, to be able to help lift as many people as I'm able, and also be able to live off of what I've created here, of course. So far I've been able to devote many hours to Hive every day, and I make use of that opportunity well. I have no idea for how long I'll be able to give Hive so much time, but it's paid off so far!
I'm also active on three sovereignty-driven blockchain, Hive, Bastyon, and Qortal. It was actually from assets that I made on Bastyon that I was able to do my mega powerup to dolphin 🐬 level on the December 1st #HPUD.

Certain Hive tipping bots (such as !PIZZA and ALIVE) are working (practically) all of the time that they don't need to be tracked if successful (unless you reached the maximum daily tipping limit). 🤔🤓 !HUG

I don't know waht you mean here... They can start to fail like all the rest I believe?... I think I remember that at a certain point the !PIZZA bot started to fail as well !wine

Looks like the one-day change where the every Hive user is allowed to tip 300 !HUG tokens for the day made it that way. 🤯 I don't think that's a glitch, but an intentional (though apparently not well-planned) decision by the bot operator. 🤓 !LUV

I think that it is to "make up" for the several days that Hive users weren't able to tip !HUG. 🤔 However, setting the limit to as low as 10 times for a day (from the normal maximum limit which is 3) would still have drastic effects on the price of the HUG token. 🤓 !PIZZA

It was a typo, I meant bot trading. You can add assets to diesel/liquidity pools via either Tribaldex or BeeSwap. There may be others, but I don't know or them yet. To start you'd need to have some liquid POB and SWAP.BTC. Once you get it part a certain threshold, you'll begin receiving daily drips of POB and SWAP.BTC, and the more assets that you have in the pool, the more you'll receive each day. If you would like more explanation, I wrote a post about it if that would be helpful. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
