Amazing experience this Triathlon sprint (800m swimming - 20km cycling - 5km running) in Formentera with all the travelling in one day envolved (8km #cycling - boat to Ibiza - 3 km cycling - boat to Formentera - 7km cycling triathlon and the same way back) quite exhausting I can tell.... #AliveAndThriving #alive

Sport is really interesting, A triathlon, is a competitive event made up of several separate events as you said that's a combined event.like the decathlon, pentathlon

Indeed and what surprised me is that somehowit can be broken up into separate events during the competition. What I mean is that I'm way more exhausted when running half a marathon in 1h25 - 1h30 than doing a 1h20' Triathlon... !WEED Thanks for passing, and commenting! !HUG

Thanks mate. I've been resting on Sunday and on Monday I was again on the track and Tuesday back climbing with my bike... It starts to be a habit, an obsession, a.... !LOL

This trip made me very happy, really... And the difference between the stress on the track and even on a road race compared to this (more relaxed) race is tremendos. Thanks for passing, upvoting and commenting.... !HUG

She just joined the journey, not the Triatlon itself since she isn't 16 years old yet, and that was the minimum age to be allowed to participate !LUV !HUG

In Sa Rapita, Mallorca, where I didmy first one, at least there was an Aquathlon, which is at least something.... And I can understand why they did that because it's a hassle to transport the bikes and there are already very few participants among the children !PIZZA !LUV
