A little weak and tired the day after celebrating my birthday lol. So I decided to do calm today and 8km on a slow pace. In the end Rafa dragged me for 11 km at about 5'/km. That's OK but now I need to find some rest before the championship next Saturday. And less of these drinkies obviously... #AliveAndThriving #alive
