My 44th birthday. No sports today, apart from a little shooting in the evening, but a lot of kitchen sports lol. I've made a nice long lunch and enjoyed it with my friend Joeri and our families. #AliveAndThriving #alive

I understand that it is difficult for you to take a day off from work, but you need to take a break from work (and sports if you need to) during your birthday to make it memorable, not only for you but for your family. 🤗 !LOL !PIZZA
