Day before competition: April 28 2023

Almost no steps today because I found out at 20h that the app hadn't been working... Anyway.... The day before (and also after) competing I wasn't fit for a lot, so only 6,5 km with 3x 200m. Quite fast though 36"-38"-36". Tomorrow a 1500m is on. #AliveAndThriving #alive
