A complete day in the track today. In the morning my daughter in 80m and 1000m, at lunch time je for a 1500m (5'04") getting closer to the 5' again. In the afternoon my son, jumping, throwing, sprinting and hurdles. Hell yeah! #alive #AliveAndThriving
