Running in Porreres and cycling in Palma: November 13 2022

In normal circumstances I would have been running here the half marathon or at least 10km - in preparation of the cross season which will start next week. Unfortunately I'm still in the recuperation fase now and I'll have to use the first cross for a first try out.
Fortunately I can enjoy my children preparing themselves in this general repetition for them... In the afternoon it was my turn for a 35k ride. 16h15 was already late to leave and get back before dusk. #AliveAndThriving #alive
