I need to do something or I'm getting crazy. A bit cycling even though not far and not too fast, relieved and gave me a bit energy. And made me hungry lol #AliveAndThriving #alive

Maybe you can choose vegan, low-calorie burgers instead (even though they sound more expensive) to enjoy eating while avoiding calories and unhealthy food additives. 🤓😏

Unfortunately they generally don't taste as good as meat burgers, and they definitely don't still my hunger...
They're good for one or two days, but after that I'm longing for a good piece of meat !LOL !CTP

They say that if you expect vegan "meat" to taste like conventional meat, you would be disappointed. 🤓 Vegan "meat" will actually taste... vegan, not an imitation of the taste of popular meats. 😅 If you still feel hungry after eating a vegan burger, why not add more quantity and variety? 😏 !CTP

Hahahaha, I actually use to take at least one meat topping on my !PIZZA. Except if I take a 4 cheese pizza at home !LOL
You would be surprised but there is imitation meat for the vegans. It looks like meat, it tastes like meat, but it isn't meat...
But I wasn't meaning this. I like for example cauliflower or lentil burgers, but for me they can't really stop my hunger feeling, leave alone replace meat... !CTP

I know about vegan imitation meats, though they would still taste vegan no matter how hard you imagine that you are eating animal meat. 😏 That's why I said that vegan meat would still taste vegan. 😅 !LOL

It would be even so difficult that I won't even try it. For a while I guess I won't have too big problems, like now, since I've got the screw in my mouth for my implant-tooth, for about a week or 10 days (or maybe a little less !LOL) I'm not allowed to eat meat or other things I'll need to bite on.... That sounds like a hell of a diet... !PIZZA obviously neither allowed... !CTP

Hahaha, absolutely! But since I'm not really an expert in these things (and don't want to become one if it's only for one week), the variety is quite limited... I've been eating yoghurt and gaspacho, also warm pumpkin soup, juice and ice cream. Tonight I'll make potato puree and bought some fish to try. And tomorrow I'll try to get to some more solid food, the menue will be leek Quiche. Indeed I don't think it's bad for a few days and I'd add some more tea and wine, so that's enough variety if I don't do sports; but on the longer term it would start to be more difficult I guess... !PGM !CTP

Absolutely. I might consider it to follow some diet every now and than. Even though... I had this plan already for a couple fo years and for some reason I never have been doing it... I don't know... I must say, now that I can eat more normal again, I aready have been eating too much today.... Anyway, will leave the !PIZZA for here instead of in my stomach.... !CTP

There is a joke which is "I will eat more healthy tomorrow" which is very seldom followed. 😅 Be careful about how much you eat, or you might find it more difficult to play sports even if you have completely recovered. 🤗 !LUV !CTP

That's absolutely true. The kilos are flying on my body. When I couldn't eat decently because of my tooth, there's no problem, neither when I'm eating a lot and doing a lot of sports - apart from a cholesterol problem !LOL - but not doing a lot of stort and eating a lot (ore eating like I'm used to eat... oh oh... !CTP

Since you said you are gaining weight and cholesterol, you should start slow upon returning to sports, and gradually pick up until you return to what is usual for you (better if you are able to do more intense sports). 🤗🤓 !LUV !CTP

Since Cycling and swimming season are over, and I'm not allowed to run (or jump), it'll be a difficult one and the hunger to start running (Distance and rhythm) will be huge I think... !PIZZA !CTP

I'm absolutely aware that I need to start slowly and that this would be difficult... And indeed I'm not allowed to run or jump yet. Jumping is not the big problem, running is. The Doctor would give me a call about the results of the scan, but unfortunately didn't... Quite disappointing process :-( Tomorrow is national holiday, so I guess neither he won't call tomorrow... !PGM !CTP

Maybe you should just think about the waiting time for your doctor's call as an opportunity to rest longer and learn more about sports by reading and watching more educational sports articles and videos. 🤓 I know that you already said that actually doing the sports makes you learn more, but at least you can still learn while on your way to complete recovery. 🤗 !PGM !CTP

From the doctor... I litteraly need to get a sole to put in my right shoe to put my hips in correct position (straight). So my consideration is, and now that I've seen the podologist even more, why not to use just a sole from another shoe!? I did thsi for 2 days now and I think I notice the difference already... Could be just in my mind (the positve mindset whcih you've mentioned a few days ago)...
After this quick visit this late afternoon, I learnt that this podologist is going to give me a sole which is 8mm high. He's not going to measure, not going to check anything at my foot or stride, just give me one of my shoe size. For this I have to pay 65 EUR?!?! !PIZZA !CTP

Maybe you have to pay more for a "medical-grade" shoe sole. 😅 I don't know what your doctor would say if you tell him that you would choose to take a sole from another shoe instead. 🤔😏 !CTP

I would have suggested to you that you might have wanted to find another doctor for your hip for the chance of getting a more affordable (yet at least as effective) shoe sole as well as second opinion, but I realized that doctors might have high consultation fees where you live. 🤓😅 !LOL !CTP

Apart from the high consultation fees, there are the long waiting times befor one gets an appointment. In this case it's about 2-4 weeks depending how hard you insist and how flexible you're with the times... !PIZZA !CTP

I assume that what you mean is that the doctor who keeps their patients waiting would only be visited by each patient once most of the time, since the patient needs to try waiting at the queue on the doctor's clinic for the first time before being able to determine that the waiting time is too long. 🤔😏 !LUV !CTP

I've got an other question: How do I change the rewards distribution? I can't find any more how to change the 50% HP and 50% HBD (default). Now Hive is so low I think it's better I'd go for 100% HP...?.... Can i ask your opinion here as well @toofasteddie ? !CTP

On the #Ecency frontend, you can change the reward distribution of posts from the default 50% Hive Power and 50% Hive Backed Dollars to 100% Hive Power on the Advanced Settings of the post. 👇 !LOLZ

Note that for comments, you cannot change the author reward distribution on #Ecency. 🤓 !CTP
