Today was our first day back open water swimming after the winter break. A little windy and I was expecting it to be very cold in the water but it was a lot better than I was expecting. I managed 1.6kms in the water before needing to get out of the water. I usually get a little cold, so it is always nice to get a run in afterwards to help me warm up. Nice and easy as I am racing tomorrow, but good enough to warm up.
