run.vince.run just finished a 15.73km run, that lasted for 85 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 1059.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Hitting the hills again. Kirsty mentioned last week that we should start looking to get back onto the trails to get ready for our race at the end of this year. I didn't think I would have any issues but it has obviously been a long time since I have run around Totara Park cause it was a bit of a struggle...granted I did do a fair bit of riding yesterday.
The pics are from the top of the hill at about the halfway marks. It was windy and grey but no rain. A lot less hunid than last week.

Hey, for 15 K and 200 meters of climb a sub 6 pace is quite good in my opinion !LOLZ

What have you guys planned for the end of the year? Trail marathon ;)

Thanks so much @ervin-lemark we are doing a half ironman in NZ and it will be a lake swim, bike will be a lot of climbing on road and then off road run. The week before Christmas, so it should be fun.

It sounds great. SO, a lot of climbing and off-asphalt running for preparation. Good luck!
