My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2023
Yesterday for once I didn't work. We instead went on a day trip down to Kiama and the southern highlands. First stop was the Kiama markets.
It was here we bought some delicious Portuguese tarts.
At the markets there was also a Macaw on display.
There was also a small animal farm
After the markets we went to the main attraction which was the blow hole. Unfortunately, the swa was too calm so we didn't see any action, but if you look carefully you can see a rainbow in the mist.
Because the big blow hole wasn't blowing, we went to the little blow hole and we saw a few spouts..this was the smaller one I took a photo.
A crab was nearby too to catch the spray
Not far from the little blow hole we saw a seal in the water. I wasn't sure it was OK or not because it was kinda just laying there in the water. Some residents called for help.
So after the journey along the coast time to head inland and up to the southern highlands. Along the way there were lots of cows.
It was amazing how much wattle was out in looked spectacularly yellow in the bushland
On out way back we stopped off at Robertson where we purchased the most delicious apple pie, and couldn't help taking a photo of the big potato
