My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2023

Today I started the day off in the morning with a long walk. I walked to the beach which is an hour away. Thr sun was up and people were about at 7am.

At this time of the morning there was a tractor on the beach combing the sand. I never knew they did this until today, perhaps it also collects any rubbish that's in the sand too. I often wondered why it's so clean.

After the walk I worked from home all day, did a small amount of pool maintenance but that's about it. Finally to top off the day had a home cooked dinner which was delicious.

What a long walk! It is worth it though because the beach looks so beautiful. Delicious food too.
