Just a guy who lost what I consider to be a lot of weight by making gradual and long-lasting changes to his life. I really believe that others can do the same and it isn't even that difficult - you just gotta change your mindset.

I tend to do 6 or 7km runs in the week and then at least 10km at the weekend. Starting too fast is a common mistake and I do it too. I take a while to warm up and get going…
