new.things just finished a 11.53km ride, that lasted for 30 minutes.
This ride helped new.things burn 153.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive. Slept in and could only squeeze half an hour of indoor cycling in before the commute to work. Struggled to wake up, warm up and get into it but happy to get something done. Probably good for my body as the bike feels like less strain on my ankle
