For a split second, I thought you were Klaus Schwab. On the running: Do you run-run or is it more like a walking? 7.5kph seems a little slow, or is it more about controlling your pulse during the "run"?

Yes trying to controlling the heart rate a bit on my easy days. Walk up the hills, run the flats and down hills
