My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2025

Did not eat out. I noticed my hunger increase for 2 days but did not binge. I took extra piece of chicken but not large pieces. I also decided to cut drinking tea w milk and sugar.
And I had eggs in the morning. I'll continue to have eggs in the morning and try to not drink milk sugar tea. But it does get tricky especially when others want to hangout.

Reflections:

Another week of no eating out went well. I have made sure to not make grabbings wings an every weekend thing. This weekend we have a friends' party to attend. My goal is to stick my meal time habits as well as portion control and to focus on eating protein/fat over carbs.
And being excited about other things instead of food, such as the games, time with friends.

Next week I will try to increase the amount of work I do using Forest - and come up with a few rules that will help me make sure I am truly productive and give me time to do fun things too.
