My Actifit Report: January 18 2025_Day1
정말 오랜만에 Actifit report에 글을 남깁니다. 그 동안 많이 게을러져서 체중도 늘고 근육량도 줄어들어서 체력이 예전 같지 않은 것이 느껴집니다. 그래서 올해부터는 꾸준히 식습관을 조절하고 운동도 열심히 해서 건강한 몸을 만드는 것이 중요한 목표입니다. 이에 따라 Actifit에 운동기록을 꾸준히 남기는 것도 또 다른 중요목표입니다.
