Tomi is not so convinced that putting him in the shopping cart is a good idea. Eventually he managed to escape it.
If you look closely you'll see that this is a special edition of the cart and he doesn't like drifting :)
About the day, I needed 15K count to cross the bar after two consecutive non-shows. That meant running a longish run late in the evening. 11 K at very slow pace was enough to stay in the #poprzeczka challenge.
Now, two days off and 18 K on Saturday. That's the plan.
