safety run [poprzeczka #23]
Safety run is a term used in some sports to indicate that your try is a safe one ie. you don't want to risk and perform a run under your difficulty margin. The idea is to get things done the safe way first and then to try the more demanding run.
With #poprzeczka you absolutely need to cross the bar every third day. For me, the must-do is due tomorrow with a 24 K @actifit count. Since I don't know what tomorrow will bring I tried a safety run today and reached more than 23 K count easily. Great!
Surprisingly, the @actifit app was very generous today. It's the other way around most of the time.
The day was smooth. Work, two doggy walks, a run.
We enjoyed the midday doggy/family walk immensely.
So, the goal was achieved. But ... Look at these two counts, before and after the run.
12 K difference for a run that was 6 K long. I don't make half a meter-long steps. A very generous count it was.
We'll see what the next days will bring.
