afternoon 10K run
Salming Trail 6 hoes. Great shoes with several serious flaws. One is the design of the shoelace system. Torn already at two places with the third halfway there.
And the holes in the mesh on both sides of the toe box, on both shoes!
Yet, they are still useful for an easy and flat and mostly tarmac 10K run.
ervin-lemark just finished a 9.76km run, that lasted for 64 minutes.
