run by Kamniška Bistrica
It's September, beginning of another school year and trampoline trainings in the Virtus center near the town of Kamnik and by the river Kamniška Bistrica.
Since the training is one hour and a half long it is an ideal opportunity for a run by the river where there is a hiking path.
Recent flood has destroyed some parts of the path yet the majority is passable and runnable.
11 kilometers at an easy to steady pace. That's the best I can do at the moment. I hope it's a start to climb out of the slump I've been in recently.
