Let's say this was almost max effort when it comes to a 10K race. It was a traditional event in Kranjska gora, 10 K on August 15th, like every year. % K from the center of the town on an almost flat asphalt course to Rateče, U turn and back on the same road.

I needed 49:10 for 10 K Not really quick yet the best I could do since I don't train for speed at all. It shows. Mug muscles are stiff and probably tired from all he long runs. They refuse to stretch and accommodate a sustained quicker pace. It's OK so.
