The plan prescribes five exercises weekly. Yet, being a strike runner, my rest days, every Monday and Friday, have continuation runs on the menu. 3.4 kilometers in any pace.

Tonight's effort looks like this, viewed in the Coros Training Center.

It was a rainy run. Somehow I managed to evade all the pools and speeding cars and came home with dry socks and not being splashed even once. Great.
