track intervals
ervin-lemark just finished a 5.83km run, that lasted for 35 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 352.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
Somehow I ended up on a track this afternoon.
A couple of years ago they've built a great multifunctional gym at our local elementary school. Along with the gym, the outdoors facilities were constructed, including a 200 meters long three-lane track. Yes, 200 meters again.
I ended up there more by an accident just trying to see if the fence surrounding the school is open. It was and I went in and did three 1 K intervals at a pace of 4:40 to 4:00. It was a light workout for me but apparently not so light for the COROS watch since it had trouble measuring the lap distance. Were corners too tight? The watch measured the intervals at around 800 meters although I did five laps. Nevermind.
Again, the cover photo is not related to the run. It's just a nice photo of the forest during today's doggy walk.
better and better
