rainy late night run
Running in rain late at night is not my kind of fun, no matter what you think.
So I switched today's 8 K with 6 strides session for Friday's easy 2 mile run and did a 4.4 K easy to steady to easy pace run with 5:15 1 K segment. Runners will know what am I babbling about.
