The title of this report was changed retroactively, after one comment reminded me to edit the post. Yes, it was late and cold, almost the last thing to do for the day. It's a pattern of last two weeks and tonight won't be any different.

After a stressful day at work, where do you see motivation for a night run...

Before I answer, I see I didn't update this autopost yet. Thanks for the reminder.

So, let's start with "stressful day" - running is a remedy for stress, isn't it? So, it's beneficial to go for a run, no matter how late it is.

Next, motivation. Some five years ago, before 2045 days to be exact, I was having problems with motivation. No immediate goals or challenges, no will to move. I started skipping runs and found myself in a weird and unfamiliar situation of not running for a week or more.

Then I asked myself - do you want to continue slacking or do something about it? So I decided/accepted the following rules:

  • run every day for at least two miles
  • if you are sick or injured drag yourself around the block for at least one mile

It helped! So far so good !LOLZ

Success! @ervin-lemark(2/1) You mined .9 🟧 HBIT and the user you replied to received .1 HBIT on your behalf. You can receive 100% of the HBIT by replying to one of your own posts or comments. When you mine HBIT, you're also playing the Wusang: Isle of Blaq game. 🏴‍☠️

Sorry, but you didn't find a bonus treasure token today. Try again tomorrow...they're out there! You can see your random number generated in the Discord server, #hbit-wusang-log channel. | tools | wallet | discord | community | daily <><

There is a treasure chest of bitcoin sats hidden in the game. Someone will find it. Happy hunting. 😃

Check for bonus treasure tokens by entering your username at a block explorer explorer A, explorer B, or take a look at your wallet. Read about Hivebits (HBIT) or read the story of Wusang: Isle of Blaq
