... just yet another late night short run. It's quite warm, around degrees. These days I am stuck with a simple plan. Short and easy for two weeks. then a new four months long plan starts. Preparation for next marathon and backyard ultra in May.

Well at least you still got it. Sometimes going easy can get one started for the serious show

It is really surprising how going easy can be beneficial. Sometimes, going strong results in going too strong, over the edge, over your limit, and you literally break.
