it's beginning to look like running

This is getting better. Today's 5 K easy + 6 strides was quite good, thank you.

Ran in dark with rain, not too cold, I was intentionally overdressed. Call it sauna effect :)

Funny thing that strides were at around 4:30 pace. For many standards this is considered slow pace. Yet, I am happy with it.
