The rest of yesterday's run. Not quite long enough but that what time slot allowed me. Still, it was a decent pace run with average being well bellow 6 minutes per K. It looks like even with short and slow sessions you can gain some basic speed. Yet, foe better pace and endurance I would need to do more focused exercises and stick to the plan. Simple as that.
