We are at home at the time, in between trips. After a couple of hours we'll be back on snow and skiing tomorrow.
For this morning, the 6.7 K long run into Magpie's valley and back was a pleasant stretch of legs on a cloudy and not too cold day.
It was also a negative split with run back faster than run in. With some exercises at the turning point the session was a success.
No phone, no photos. The cover photo is from yesterday's lunch, banana split, way too many calories. Luckily I only ate a part of it :)
