8 k steady with 6 strides for 11 K in total, great little run
Managed to do this run in daylight which is an achievement. Also, session was great.
7 K + 1 K steady pace segments with 6 times 20 seconds sprints and 1 minute jogs in between. Together with warmup and cooldown it was almost 11 kilometers, great.
In the evening music took the spotlight.
Pop zbor's yearly concert. It was pure joy.
