5 K easy + 6 strides

This is the exercise I was supposed to do it yesterday but I did a swap and took an easy & short run. This afternoon it was time for a bit longer and less easy run. Still quite undemanding though.

5 min warmup
4 K easy pace
6 times 20 seconds sprints with 1 minute jog
1 K easy pace
5 min cooldown

I love these sessions. They are not really demanding yet you stretch the legs quite well and have a sense of achievement.
