supposedly 7 K run with 6 strides
Week three of my fabulous training plan is falling short so far. Another run that was a bit shorter than planned. 8.5 K instead of 10K. I intend to make the distance up over the weekend.
Still, I did all six strides and had a decent pace so it was a good session. Weather is still foggy and damp, joy comes from within.
