11 K easy with 6 strides
This one felt good, really good. It was the first proper workout since ages. I haven't had a training run since August, half a year ago.
This week I kicked off the preparation for the spring marathon in May. And today was the first real session. Nothing really hard.
Warmup 10K easy pace, six repeats of 20 seconds long sprints, then 1K and cool down
