Yesterday was quite a hectic day. I went to the office early in the morning. I also left early, to visit my wife who is in hospital. (She is doing fine at the moment)

I then had to buy some stuff at the shop and had to cook dinner.

Later the evening, I again went to visit.

Al this activity gave me a nice step count.
