Bank holiday over here in the UK today so my gym opened later than usual i showed up about 20 minutes after opening time and i’ve never seen the place busier, every machine was taken with multiple people standing about waiting for specific things, not for me so i didn’t really get a great workout in today but that’s fine i’ll make up for it later on in the week hopefully. i did manage a nice run for the first time in a while which felt good, i haven’t been closing my apple rings much in the last few months which i’d really like to start doing again and get a streak going again with my daily goals.
