Muchas saben de qu\u00e9 pr\u00e1ctico de manera amateur el ciclismo mountain bike, el running y en ocasiones realizo rutinas de ejercicios. Recuerdo que los resultados fueron satisfactorio, pero no recordaba el peso que lleve en esa ocasi\u00f3n, que por cierto eran m\u00e1s livianas. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, en terreno diferente y mucho menos kil\u00f3metros, quise revivir la experiencia, pero con m\u00e1s peso. El resultado fue satisfactorio, pero m\u00e1s inc\u00f3modo desarrollarla. No s\u00e9 si ser\u00e1 por la edad o por el peso en s\u00ed. \u00bfQu\u00e9 creen?\r\n\r\n>! El d\u00eda nos acompa\u00f1\u00f3, con un sol radiante y una temperatura que te permit\u00eda entrenar, sin el sofocante sol que en ocasiones entorpecen los entrenamientos. Igualmente, todos los climas debemos entrenarlo, porque el d\u00eda de la competencia, uno no puede elegir el clima. Es por eso que entrenamos en invierno, calor, lluvia, de noche y todas las variantes posibles.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n>! Terminamos muy cansados y adivinen como regenero el cuerpo. Primero con descanso y elongaci\u00f3n (fundamental) y al otro d\u00eda con Ciclismo, se\u00f1ores. El ciclismo cura todas las heridas \ud83d\ude01.\r\n\r\nSeguimos enfocados en nuestros entrenamientos. Por ahora, seguimos con la idea de la marat\u00f3n de Buenos Aires, trepar algunas monta\u00f1as en el camino y ojal\u00e1 alguna de ciclismo.
